  1. Acquired the oldest textile unit, MorarjeeGoculdas Spinning & Weaving Co. Ltd which was the Group’s first entrepreneurial venture. Morarjee was established in 1871.

  2. Acquired Miranda Tools and thus began the journey of the engineering business of the group. APG set up an additional manufacturing facility at Ankleshwar in Gujarat.

  3. Miranda Tools was the first High Speed Steel cutting tool manufacturing company in India to receive the ISO 9000 certification

  4. Morarjee formed the shirting division as a joint venture with Manifatturai di Valle Brembana, a leading Italian textile company

  5. Morarjee bought overBrembana’s stake and established its own Italian company, Morarjee International s.r.l.

  6. Morarjee Textiles Ltd entered the garments business through subsidiary company, Integra Apparels and Textiles Ltd based out of Bengaluru

  7. Birth of Peninsula Land Ltd. In 2005, Piramal Holdings Ltd was merged into Morarjee Retail Ltd

  8. MRL was renamed Peninsula Land Limited.

  9. Initiated CSR activities at Bagar in Rajasthan. Subsequently, expanded to Maharashtra and Gujarat.

  10. Peninsula Land launched projects outside Mumbai.

  11. Foray into affordable housing: Launched first affordable luxury project – addressOne at Gahunje, Pune

The company has delivered more than 6.4 million sq. ft. of real estate and around 18.6 million is under development in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Goa, Nasik and Lonavala.
